Our Tabletop Vision System is PC based and specifically designed to measure the true position of multiple pin types on any connector.

The advantage of this system is its ability to store and evaluate an unlimited number of models for performing pin searches. It is designed to perform 100% pin inspections on every connector tested. This is possible using high speed pattern search algorithms operating on multiple threads.

The system automatically evaluates all models programmed for each pin, then chooses the best models for final evaluation. Lastly, it determines pin location to sub-pixel accuracy.

Our software is user-friendly and easy to operate and program. For example, a pin model can be added to the library within a few seconds. The system is capable of storing / transmitting traceability data for each pin of every connector tested.
