Meet the Senior Leadership Team

Dylan Cramer – VP Engineering & Products

A veteran of 20 years at CTI, Dylan is a trailblazer in the world of automated equipment, known for his knack for turning the ordinary into the extraordinary. As the VP of Engineering and Products, not only does Dylan bring extensive engineering experience, but also creativity and a spirit of innovation to work everyday.

When not at the office, you’ll find Dylan enjoying time outdoors with his wife and two children. With an Electrical Engineering degree from NC State University and a passion for problem solving, Dylan is always ready to push the boundaries and have a blast while doing it.

Beth Alston – Controller

Beth joined the CTI Team in 2004 first starting in production, then moving on to multiple accounting positions.  With 15 years of accounting experience under her belt, Beth was promoted to Controller in 2023 where now oversees the finance and procurement departments. Beth enjoys being strategically involved with all aspects of the business at CTI.

A proud mother of 3, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and cheering them on in their many sporting and scholastic activities.

Dreama Pilson – HR Manager

Dreama joined CTI way back in 1996. She has over 25 years of HR and organizational development experience and is an expert in creative recruitment/retention and training as well as leadership coaching. Dreama is passionate about helping employees reach their full potential and is always ready to go the extra mile for them.

Dreama maintains a close working relationship with Central Carolina Community College and also sits on several community advisory boards. Outside of CTI, Dreama enjoys spending time with family, volunteering and traveling.

Dodd Perry – IT Manager

Dodd comes to CTI after a 20-year career running a successful IT consulting business here in North Carolina. During this time, Dodd also worked as a contractor at CTI for 10 years before becoming a full-time employee in 2019.

In his spare time, Dodd enjoys spending time with his wife of 28 years, 3 adult children and his greyhound, Diva as well as volunteering his time at St. Stephen’s Church and at the local Moose Lodge
