The MS5 Laser Marker offers the ultimate in large area marking, power, and spot size resolution. The specialized CTI barcode verification vision system can verify 50 2D barcodes in under 3 seconds. This CTI vision system along with the newest generation of CTI Laserware makes the MS5 the fastest, most compact, and user-friendly laser marker available today.

The laser assembly is fixed topside above the .6M conveyor. The Laser’s 3-Axis Galvo Head allows for large area marking without the need to move your laser head or product. The PCB travels into the machine and is secured into the marking & verification conveyor position. (Optional pneumatic and high-speed internal flip conveyor available for double sided marking.) Once marked, the CTI high speed vision system verifies all barcodes in seconds.
