Welder
The welder position encompasses Production Welding (Mig & Tig), and fabrication responsibilities. Duties include, analyzing blueprints, welding jobs, maintaining production standards and producing consistently accurate work. Experience in Mig and Tig welding is required. Understanding of fabrication processes is preferred.

Machinist
In this position, the primary responsibility is to setup and operate CNC equipment to produce parts meeting precise specifications. The job may require working with programming machines for milling, drilling, or lathe operations. The ability to read blueprints, use calipers and micrometers is required. Ability to operate conventional mills and lathes is a plus.

Electrical Assembly
This position is responsible for the assembly, wiring and testing of control panels for industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and prints is required. Familiarity with electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, and I/O is a plus.

Software Developer
CTI Systems is seeking a Software Developer to join our team. If the idea of creating code to command a robot to find a widget and pick it up excites you, we would like to meet you. The Developer will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and continual enhancement of existing code. Future responsibilities will include technical development and coding for new applications.

Mechanical Design Engineer
Our technology-driven engineering department currently has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Design Engineer. The Design Engineer’s daily responsibilities may include design, prototyping, drafting engineering documentation, as well as estimating. The MDE will report directly to the Mechanical Engineering Manager and collaborate with the teams on projects.

Electrical Engineer
Our Electrical Engineering Team works with electrical schematics to plan, evaluate, organize projects and initiatives. The Electrical Engineer works with the other teams on design, as well as developing and building Electrical Bill of Materials. The Electrical Engineer will also review design efforts from the production team to help ensure quality and accuracy.

Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Specialist
Daily tasks include using specialized shipping and receiving software, checking in new shipments and maintaining inventory levels, as well as pulling, boxing and shipping outbound orders. Must be familiar with FedEx, UPS and Common Carrier software. This job involves standing for extended periods of time and requires the ability to lift 40LBs.

Field Service Engineer
The primary responsibility of the Field Service Engineer or FSE is the installation and service of automated assembly equipment for our customers. The FSE position may involve up to 75% travel and the requires the ability to thrive in a remote environment, additionally, the FSE candidate will need a strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment and the ability to trouble-shoot problems. PLC programming knowledge is preferred.
