The M4-Laser Marker is the advanced version of our original MS1 machine. The high speed topside X,Y servo gantry traverses the topside laser marker with two cameras. One for fiducial correction and live view teaching. The other for barcode read and verification the moment the product is marked. The MS4 has two conveyor sections. This allows for an optional internal flip conveyor on the entrance or exit section of the machine. The product enters on the infeed conveyor and is secured into place using dual precision board stops and board clamps.

Once marking is complete, the product moves to the second conveyor section and continues downstream. An Optional Label Applicator is available allowing for pick and place of Pre-printed labels. We also have the ability to place blank labels and laser etch them on the board. All labels are verified before the machine continues to the next position. This option allows for traceability for all customer products and requirements in one seamless machine.
